Terms and Conditions


  1. These Terms

    1. The Vantage Club is operated by Coastline Gaming Ltd. Coastline Gaming Ltd is contracted to provide management, payment, marketing and support services (collectively our "Services") related to the operation of gaming venues and websites.
    2. By registering and/or using the Services, you agree to become a Vantage Club Member and bound by the these terms and conditions and our privacy policy (together the terms of use), which sets out how we use your data and what your rights are. Our privacy policy is available on the websites vantageclub.ie and coastlinegaming.com
    3. Any references to “Vantage Club” “Vantage Club Card” “we”, “us” or “our” “the company” “the company’s” in these Terms of Use are references to Coastline Gaming Ltd. These terms and conditions apply to all companies and brands Coastline Gaming is contracted to provide its Services (“Vantage Club Partners”). A list Vantage Club Partners can be found on coastlinegaming.com. In the case a Vantage Club Partner has a separate Terms of Use, they will supersede these Terms of Use when using that respective product or service.

  2. Update to Terms

    1. We can update these terms of use at any time. We can do so for any number of reasons including (as an example) where law or regulation changes and we need to keep these terms up to date. We may also change these terms where we wish to change our offer to our players.
    2. We agree to use reasonable efforts to inform you about any significant changes to the contract between us and to bring them to your attention. We may either, contact you directly to inform you of changes, inform you about changes made upon login, and/or upload any amended terms onto vantageclub.ie and/or coastlinegaming.com
    3. Your continued use of the Services after being notified of the material changes will be deemed to be your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the material changes, then you will not be able to continue to use the Services.

  3. Pre-Conditions to Opening an Account

    1. In order to register an account (an "Account") with us you hereby agree, warrant and represent that:
      1. you are at least 18 years of age. It is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account or to gamble with Us. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation from any applicant or customer at any time and to void any wagers placed by minors;
      2. you agree to provide accurate registration information when opening your account.

  4. General Information

    1. The Vantage Club allows customers with an account to receive and manage benefits such as bonus points, level points, promotions, credit and bonus credit with any of our brands.
    2. The Vantage Club card allows you to earn bonus points, level points and unlock other benefits. You can redeem these points in accordance with the current Vantage Club rewards tiers. See www.vantageclub.ie for the latest information on redemptions and rewards.
    3. Membership is subject to cancellation at any time for breach of the rules.
    4. This card may only be used by the authorized signatory and shall always remain the property of Vantage Club.
    5. Earning points is typically achieved by putting your Vantage Club Card into the loyalty card slot at a machine. Every €1/£1 of bet translates to 2 Bonus Points and 2 Level Points.
      1. Bonus Points can be redeemed for Freeplay or to enter draws and raffles. At times they may also be redeemed for prizes.
      2. Level Points are used to determine your card level. There are 2 Level Points earning windows in every 12 month period, running 1 April – 30 September and 1 October to 31 March. At the end of a window your Level Points are reset to zero. Your Level Points total before the reset determines your Level for the next 6 months, though you can always level up during a window.
    6. Points earned on the Vantage Club Card are non transferrable and non-redeemable unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
    7. Marketing T&Cs - By ticking Yes, you agree to opt-in your email, phone and postal address to receive Freeplay rewards and other promotional information. Should you wish to later opt out, you can switch any of these communications off by informing a staff member, clicking an opt-out link, or contacting us at info@vantageclub.ie
    8. The data, information and records relating to your Vantage Club Card belong to and may be shared between third parties outlined in our privacy policy and any third party We are contracted to provide Services to.
    9. When opening an account, you are requested to choose your own login credentials. You should ensure that these details are kept private, as you are responsible for all activity on your account, where the correct security information has been provided. If you lose or forget your login credentials or if you believe that a third party is aware of them, you should contact us immediately. If another person accesses your account due to your error (for example, not keeping your credentials private you are responsible for all their actions and any losses they may incur on your account. We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of misuse of login credentials or from any unauthorised use of your Account, whether fraudulent or otherwise. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless against any costs, claims, damages and expenses arising in connection with the use of, or access to, your Account by any third party as a result of your negligence, breach of these Terms of Use, fraud, dishonesty or criminal activities.
    10. Suspicious betting, fraudulent activity or abuse of the Vantage Club promotions will be prohibited. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that there is suspicious betting, fraudulent activity or abuse of the Vantage Club promotions, we reserve the right to seek to recover from you any losses we suffer that are directly or indirectly connected to any of the activities which are deemed prohibited.
    11. All promotions are limited to one entry per customer unless otherwise stated. All promotions are available at Our discretion and We reserve the right to restrict the availability of a promotion to any person.
    12. By entering the promotion or competition, you accept and agree to be bound by these Standard Promotional Terms and any specific terms and conditions relating to the relevant promotion.
    13. Bonuses are awarded to enhance your enjoyment of our games however we reserve the right to govern how bonuses are used before a player is allowed to cash them in. As such we deem it necessary to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to the wagering/turnover requirements.
    14. If you win a competition or a promotion, We may ask you if you wish to take part in publicity. If you agree to take part, We can make reasonable use of your name and image on the websites and in promotional materials.
    15. You must be at least 18 years of to use our Services.
    16. As a Vantage Club Member, you will receive marketing, payment, support , management of Vantage Club Partner products.

  5. Liability

    1. YOU HEREBY ACCEPT THAT BY USING THE SERVICES, THERE IS A RISK THAT YOU MAY, AS WELL AS WINNING MONEY, LOSE MONEY. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES THAT ARE ALLEGED TO HAVE OCCURRED THROUGH YOUR USE, OR MISUSE, OF THE SERVICES.

  6. Transfer and Assignment

    1. On occasion, we may require the ability to transfer, assign or sub-licence these Terms of Use to a third party, for example (but without limitation) in the case of our engaging new third party Service providers in respect of the Additional Gaming Services or in the case of a merger or acquisition. You hereby consent, and we reserve the right to, transfer, assign or sub-licence these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, to any person without requiring any additional consent and without notice, provided that any such assignment will be on terms with no material disadvantage to you.
